Things have been pretty busy and pretty different in my part of the world of late. I have started a new full-time science writing job, which is great, but leaves me no time to breathe, never mind to take awesome photos! I did have a wonderful trip away to Arizona last month, and took my camera, though have to say I wasn't overwhelmed by the results of what I made! Too long out of practice I think. But all will return in good time :) In the meantime, thank you for continuing to share your wonderful gifts with me and the rest of the world - keep up the great work everyone! x

OK, you are lucky you were spared the singing on that one! ;) So, this week I had a birthday (a big one, I'll let you wonder which!), handed in my FINAL corrections to the PhD thesis, launched my professional website, got a new job and went on holiday to visit family and old friends. A very good (and busy!) time by all standards...! :) While I'm here on hols I hope to take some photos so maybe you'll see some new posts from me...
